District of Columbia Public Schools
During Summer 2022, Mack was an Associate for the Urban Education Leaders Internship Program of the Central Office of DC Public Schools. Part of her job description involved doing research on ways the district can mitigate test anxiety in its students. The various relaxation exercises and mindset reframing techniques that Mack mentions in her presentation (see video below) can be utilized by students themselves to help them cope with their own test anxiety prior to taking an important assessment.

Throughout Summer 2021, Mack co-presented with leaders of the GPC Program to host workshops and presentations on how to transition to high school, details of the college application process, and strategies for success as a college student. These workshops continued into Summer 2022 when Mack did a presentation on time management strategies and the PADSA process.
